Job Summary:

Beck Collision Center is seeking an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our growing body shop team. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge who can accurately assess vehicle damage and communicate effectively to keep repairs moving through the shop. 

Compensation:

This position is 100% commission-based, offering significant earning potential for motivated estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect vehicles and prepare detailed repair estimates for collision damage. 

Work directly with insurance carriers and adjusters. 

Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed. 

Maintain excellent communication with customers.

Qualifications:

Previous collision estimating experience is highly preferred. 

Knowledge of body repair procedures and vehicle damage analysis. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

Experience with estimating software such as CCC. 

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
