The Role
As a College Admissions Counselor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of ambitious students on their path to higher education. From helping them explore colleges and majors to submitting their final applications, you’ll be a trusted guide at every step of their journey.

Acting as a bridge between cultures, you’ll empower some of China’s most talented students to achieve their dreams of attending top universities.

This is a full-time, office-based position located in central Shanghai. You’ll meet students in person and online, and may occasionally travel to partner schools in other cities.

Each counselor works closely with 15-20 students, helping them define a personalized roadmap for success - from selecting extracurricular activities and identifying target universities to preparing all application materials through Grade 12.

We value counselors with prior experience in U.S. college admissions or international counseling who are passionate about mentoring young people and helping them reach their academic goals.

While proficiency in Chinese is a plus, it’s not essential - our work with students is conducted entirely in English, with multilingual support staff available to assist when needed.

You’ll be part of a team of eight dedicated counselors who guide students through every step of the university application process. Our counselors, who come from diverse backgrounds, share a passion for education, exploration, and student success.
