Summary:
The RPA Specialist designs, builds, and supports robotic automations to streamline Order-to-Cash processes and improve accuracy, efficiency, and cash flow. This role partners with O2C teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable digital solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain RPA bots for O2C processes.
Identify automation opportunities across Billing, Collections, Order Management, Queries.
Document process and solution designs following RPA standards.
Monitor bot performance and resolve exceptions or failures.
Support UAT, deployment, and ongoing optimization of automations.
Ensure all automations meet internal controls, security, and compliance requirements.
Track and report automation benefits and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Dutch and English fluency both spoken and in writing
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in RPA development or process automation.
Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
Familiarity with O2C processes (Billing, Collections, Cash App, Credit).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
