Key Responsibilities
One Park Dominicana (“OPD”) is seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Collections Manager to lead and optimize our growing collections and recovery team. OPD supports its operations through aggressive, company-branded marketing efforts that generate consistent inbound activity from our target demographic, providing access to qualified and engaged small business clients.
As a Collections Manager, you will oversee daily collections operations, drive performance against recovery goals, and ensure best-in-class customer engagement strategies. You will lead a team responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications—including phone calls, follow-ups, text messages, and email—while building and maintaining strong relationships with small business owners.
This role requires a leader who can motivate teams, monitor KPIs, improve processes, and implement effective recovery strategies while maintaining compliance and delivering a professional customer experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in collections.
• Advanced English
• Call Center Experience
• Experience managing and coaching teams
• Client Relationship Management
• Have a consultative sales approach and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and outstanding management of confidential information
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Money-driven and motivated
• Available to work on-site and full-time
