Collections & AR Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Collections & AR Specialist to join our CFO Office.

In this role, you will be part of the Billing team, reporting to the Billing Director, and owning the day-to-day global collections process. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely payments, support ongoing AR operations, and contribute to the company’s cash flow performance.

What You’ll Do:
• Own and drive the day-to-day global collections process

• Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding balances and ensure timely follow-ups

• Communicate directly with customers to resolve payment issues and ensure collections

• Issue receipts, credit memos, and support billing-related inquiries

• Support AR processes including payment allocations, credits, refunds, and invoice adjustments

• Proactively identify and follow up on at-risk accounts to prevent overdue balances

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Managers to resolve customer issues and accelerate collections

• Collaborate with the Accounting team on AR-related activities

• Track and report on collections activity and accounts receivable status

• Identify opportunities to improve collections processes and increase efficiency

• Serve as a key point of contact for customers on billing and payment-related matters

What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of collections experience in B2B SaaS companies (must)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• High level of ownership and accountability

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail (must)

• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must)

• Fluent English (written and verbal) (must)

• Experience with NetSuite and/or Recurly - an advantage

• Experience working with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and banking platforms - an advantage
