Job Description

• Melakukan Monitor terhadap performa Business Partner Collection (BPC /Field Collector) dilapangan
• Melakukan rekap, dan pendataan dari hasil performa BPC di lapangan
• Melakukan pendampingan, arahan dan intruksi untuk tujuan collection kepada BPC di lapangan
• Melakukan koordinasi dengan BM dan AM terkait performa BPC dan pemenuhan tujuan collection di Point atau Area tersebut
• Melakukan koordinasi dan laporan terhadap perkembangan BPC baik secara administrasi, kedisiplinan dan perfroma kepada atasan
• Melakukan koordinasi terhadap aktifitas keseluruhan BPC di point kepada Regional People Partner dan Team Lead
• Melakukan Analisa terhadap alur proses BPC dan hal pendukung untuk kinerja BPC dan mengkoordinasikan kepada Team Lead
• Melakukan targeting dan analisa aktivitas BPC serta mengkoordinasikan kepada Team Lead

Requirements:
• Berpengalaman bekerja di lapangan minimal 1 tahun
• Posisi terakhir sebagai Team Leader/Coordinator/Supervisor
• Etika dan etos kerja yang baik serta berorientasi pada target
• Mencerminkan performa kerja yang baik di pengalaman kerjanya
• Bersedia traveling dan ditempatkan di seluruh Sumatera Utara
