Role Overview

Optimum7 is seeking a Cold Email Outreach Expert to design, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is an active, self-starting professional with proven expertise in cold email outreach, campaign infrastructure, and AI-powered personalization. This role requires both strategic creativity in crafting messaging angles and technical mastery of outreach platforms and deliverability systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and test angles and messaging frameworks to increase engagement and conversion.

Build and manage campaigns using tools such as Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, and Lemlist.

Execute data enrichment and lead enhancement processes to ensure high-quality targeting.

Oversee cold outreach infrastructure (domain warm-up, DNS setup, inbox rotation, deliverability management).

Track and analyze metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and implement continuous optimizations.

Apply A/B testing strategies to subject lines, copy, and calls-to-action.

Leverage AI tools to scale personalization, streamline workflows, and optimize content.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall sales and marketing strategies.

Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in outbound lead generation.

Qualifications

Fluency in English (written and spoken) at a professional level, with excellent grammar and persuasive writing skills.

Active personality and self-starter mindset, able to work independently and drive results without supervision.

2+ years of proven success in managing cold email outreach campaigns (B2B, SaaS, or agency experience preferred).

Proficiency with Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar outreach platforms.

Expertise in data enrichment, list building, and lead qualification.

Solid understanding of cold infrastructure: domain warm-up, inbox health, spam compliance.

Strong copywriting ability for concise, high-converting email content.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and refine strategy.

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) for scaling outreach and personalization.

It’s a plus if you have:

Experience in eCommerce, B2B lead generation, or digital agencies.

Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Experience integrating multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, calls, SMS).

Leadership potential to train or manage future outreach specialists as the team grows.
