Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time Cold Caller to support our sales outreach efforts by consistently engaging prospects, booking qualified meetings, and helping build a scalable sales pipeline. This role works closely with the Founder and CEO to support business development and generate new opportunities through high-volume outbound calling.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable with cold outreach, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound cold calls per day
• Book 10–15 qualified meetings per month for the sales team
• Use provided lead lists and tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar platforms
• Qualify prospects and gather relevant information during calls
• Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM
• Coordinate closely with the Founder and CEO to align outreach with sales goals
• Follow scripts and processes while adapting conversations naturally based on the prospect
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a client-focused approach at all times
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Comfortable handling objections and rejection
• Basic IT or technical knowledge to understand and discuss services at a high level
• Experience using lead generation or sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, CRM systems)
• Organized, consistent, and able to manage daily call targets independently
