Job Description
1- Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new leads, introduce the company’s products or services, and gauge interest.
• Follow up on leads from cold calls, online inquiries, and other channels, maintaining a consistent pipeline of potential customers.
• Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities through social media, online ads, and email outreach.
2- Sales Conversion:
• Guide interested leads from initial inquiry or cold call through to final purchase, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Document all interactions and outcomes from calls, maintaining a detailed record of lead progress and next steps.
3- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain an organised database of leads and customers, tracking interactions and follow-up actions.
• Build rapport with leads and customers, aiming to convert new leads into loyal clients by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
4- E-commerce & Online Sales Support:
• Support the online sales process by managing product listings, responding to online customer inquiries, and assisting with order fulfilment as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales 1-3 years
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in engaging potential customers.
• Familiarity with CRM software and experience in managing customer data.
• Target-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed cold calling and sales KPIs.
• Positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced, changing work environment.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
