Coiled Tubing Supervisor

Leads and mentors’ employees while setting an example through leadership. Effectively supervises operations and personnel while performing job tasks.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Supervises Coiled Tubing operations at the job site.
• Supervises all Company Personnel assigned to the job site.
• Ensures that all personnel assigned to the job site are trained as per Company and Customer requirements.
• Operates Coiled Tubing units and associated equipment without supervision.
• Operates Fluid pumps and associated equipment without supervision.
• Operates Nitrogen pumps and associated equipment without supervision.
• Operates Nitrogen Transports without supervision.
• Conducts the pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of the Coiled tubing, fluid and Nitrogen pumps, transports, and any other auxiliary equipment.
• Conducts the maintenance and general upkeep of the Coiled Tubing units and related equipment.
• Maintains a safe work area or job site by following the company's HSE and Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
• Monitors, inspects, and adjusts all major equipment during operations to ensure the equipment's adequate operation, such adjusting pump and injection rates.
• Trains and evaluates all levels of operators on Coiled tubing, Fluid and Nitrogen equipment operations and procedures.
• Delegates certain job tasks to during job operation.
• Writes accurate job tickets, daily logs, pre- and post-job reports, JSA's and other documentation as required.
• Has a basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ensures that JSA's are a regular part of each job.
• Ensures that communication with the work force is open and two-way using pre-job planning, post job review and monthly safety meetings.
• Re-enforces the Company's "STOP WORK" program with all employees.
• For land-based operations, drive and/or load DOT-regulated vehicles both in-state and between states carrying Gladiator Energy LLC property that is used in furtherance of Gladiator Energy LLC's business and which substantially affects safety in intrastate transportation.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to work a "14 Days On 7 Days Off" schedule and remain fit for duty.
