Cognos Delivery Manager (Sr. PM with background in Reporting: Cognos, ETL:Datastage and BI)

- 10 to 15 years of total IT experience with strong background in delivering Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Warehouse (DW) / Analytics solutions using Global Delivery Model

- At least 3+ years of experience in managing the delivery from Onsite in a Managed Development Services Model with a team size of at least 25+

- Ability to effectively manage multiple streams of development work and coordinate the onsite-offshore team

- Experience of at least 2+ years in Cognos (mandatory) (prefer candidates with added experience in Datastage)

- Understanding of / experience in Agile delivery of BI solutions

- prior experience in interfacing with business users and overall requirement gathering & analysis

- Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate well with senior management stakeholders

- Good to have experience in delivering BI/DW solutions in capital market/banking/corporate finance areas

Bachelor

The successful candidate will possess excellent skills in organization and time management where scheduling priorities and efficiency in system configuration is essential. A good understanding of industry standard CI/CD toolset and best practices is essential. The selected candidate will possess good communication skills (verbal and written).
