LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Cognitive Performance Specialist - Domain Lead to join our team.
Location: Eglin AFB, FL
Job Description:
The Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) Domain Lead will serve as the senior subject matter expert overseeing cognitive performance instruction and integration across all CRAFT sites. This role supports curriculum alignment, instructional effectiveness, and professional development for CPS staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on cognitive performance strategies for aircrew.
Design, deliver, and maintain instructor onboarding and qualification training courses for new personnel within the domain.
Develop and deliver onboarding and qualification courses for CPS personnel.
Ensure all curriculum is current, evidence-based, and aligned with operational demands.
Lead quarterly synchronization calls with the CPS team across the CRAFT program.
Support research initiatives and assist with program evaluation.
Track domain-specific projects and initiatives via project management software.
Participate in curriculum development and standardization across sites.
Participate in the development and refinement of Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM), requirements documentation, and program expansion initiatives.
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field.
7+ years of experience in providing cognitive performance services within tactical aviation populations or high performance DoD operational communities.
2+ Years of leadership and management experience with efforts of similar size and complexity.
Relevant certification in cognitive or performance psychology.
Current CPR and AED certification.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Planner (preferred) or similar project tracking software

U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
