Position Purpose
To support the commercial coffee origination strategy by negotiating, purchasing, and developing a strong and diversified supplier network, contributing to the sustainable growth of the business and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute negotiations for the purchase of parchment coffee and green coffee (excelso) across different regions of the country.
• Increase purchase volumes through the development and strengthening of long-term commercial relationships with suppliers.
• Lead and manage purchase points, ensuring cost efficiency of the location and compliance with quality-based purchase targets.
• Promote and manage the use of certified coffee supply chains in accordance with LDC’s defined standards.
• Analyze the domestic market and provide relevant information to support commercial decision-making.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for both the purchasing and sales areas.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the coffee sector.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret the domestic market to identify business opportunities.
• English level B2 (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Economics or Finance (preferred), Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
