Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay. In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens.

Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766 bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 5,000 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.

W Costa Navarino, exclusively for adults and young adults over 12 years old, offers 226 stylish rooms, 2 bedroom suites and 3 bedroom villas with infinity private pools, staged in the Bay of Navarino with stunning Ionian Sea views, The Watersports Center, The Away Spa and gym with a heated 25m-long lap pool, including the new Navarino Agora, an open marketplace with retail, street food, open-air cinema and exciting programming throughout the day and night.

Costa Navarino is looking for a Sandcastle Kids Attendant. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that young guests are entertained, safe, and happy by providing interactive and engaging activities tailored to their needs. They will deliver an educational and cultural childcare program, helping to create memorable experiences for both children and parents. By offering a range of fun and inspiring activities, the Kids' Attendant will contribute to attracting more families to the resort. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to implement and design activities during their shift, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and enriching environment for all young guests.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently implement structured activities assigned to the team, ensuring they are delivered safely and effectively.
• Communicate with children in a calm and reassuring manner, making them feel safe while supporting team members when needed.
• Provide daily care and supervision for young guests, creating engaging and imaginative activities that ensure their safety and happiness.
• Continuously monitor the health and safety of both the children and the team, maintaining a secure environment at all times.
• Organize daily schedules and coordinate with the team based on children's routines, ensuring structured activities are implemented efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with parents, providing daily updates on their children’s activities and offering feedback during check-out.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards, making updates as necessary.
• Participate in all training sessions and seminars provided by the company, staying current on trends and developments in the industry.


Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in babysitting or providing creative entertainment for children aged 3-10 years (optional).
• 1 year of experience working in schools, playgrounds, camps, or nurseries, managing groups of up to 10 children.
• Formal qualification in Childcare (e.g., IEK, technical certificate, or university degree).
• Knowledge of daily child care needs, including food, hygiene, and general well-being.
• Strong creativity and imagination to enhance operational excellence and develop engaging activities.
• Ability to organize and implement educational and entertaining programs for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, email, and phone) in both Greek and English.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience for guests.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple duties efficiently.
• Proactive, guest-oriented attitude, always aiming to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Ability to connect easily with guests from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Treats others with respect and fosters positive relationships through integrity and professionalism.
