W Health Ventures has set up India’s first healthcare-focused Venture Studio called 2070 Health—an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities. Distinct from the accelerator approach, our venture studio is closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new venture. Companies incubated in the last 24 months include Elevate Now, Nivaan Care, Reveal Healthtech, BabyMD, and Everhope Oncology.

About the Stealth Venture

We are building a next-generation healthcare venture focused on shaping how people think about and access preventive health in India. The company is currently in stealth, backed by 2070Health venture studio.

Our mission is to reimagine preventive health as proactive, aspirational, and patient-centric, creating meaningful impact across clinics, patients, and communities. Early pilots in NCR are showing strong traction, and we are now ready to expand.

About the Role

The Co-Founder will be a core member of the founding team, responsible for shaping strategy, building defensibility, and driving execution across clinics, patients, and partners. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires entrepreneurial drive, deep healthcare insight, and the ability to scale a high-impact venture from pilot to national footprint.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Venture Building

• Define and refine the business model and long-term defensibility (technology, IP, GTM, margins).
• Build scalable interventions across brand, digital, and in-clinic touchpoints.
• Shape the preventive health portfolio in alignment with healthcare providers and patient needs.
• Ensure preventive health services contribute 20–30% incremental revenue for clinics.

2. Clinic & Healthcare Providers Engagement

• Drive partnerships with primary care clinics as design partners.
• Co-create programs with healthcare providers, ensuring they are positioned as trusted preventive health advisors.
• Establish structured in-clinic playbooks to normalize preventive health conversations

3. Operations & Execution

• Oversee pilot rollouts and replication of interventions across new clinics.
• Build and manage supply chain, patient engagement, and digital activation systems.
• Ensure clinical compliance, cold chain integrity, and seamless clinic support.

4. Growth & Partnerships

• Lead rapid scaling of the offering and clinic partnerships.
• Develop investor relationships, work closely with 2070Health, and other partners.
• Identify and onboard strategic collaborators for digital, marketing, and healthcare delivery.

5. Team & Culture

• Recruit, inspire, and retain a high-performing, mission-driven team.
• Foster a culture of speed, learning, and patient-centricity.
• Translate consumer insights into continuous innovation.

Requirements:
• Entrepreneurial builder with prior experience in healthcare, consumer health, or tech-enabled services having 12-16 years of experience.
• Strong background in business operations, growth strategy, or venture building.
• Ability to work closely with healthcare providers and patients, with empathy and credibility.
• Comfort with ambiguity, early-stage risk, and hands-on problem solving.
• Strong investor network and fundraising experience is a plus.
