Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and LatAm. We partner-up and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon, and Piper. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, have generated more than $3B in shareholders value and currently employ more than 3000 people.

We are now looking for the founders of our next venture in the Real Estate space.

🎯 What you’ll do:

As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We’ll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic, financial, and operational support in all the key areas (Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising, and Talent) to quickly go from 0 to 1.

As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for:

• Designing commercial, product, and growth strategies

• Building, leading, and motivating a strong team

• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission

• Analyzing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth

• Reviewing financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements

• Maintaining deep knowledge of the market and industry of the company

• Building trust with key partners and stakeholders

• Presenting the Company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty

• +5 years of experience in the tech/startup industry, having previously held a Leadership position

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish

• Proved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources

• Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
