CNC Technician (m/w/d) - Aerospace

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

THE WHAT
You operate, monitor and improve CNC manufacturing processes for high-performance components.
You ensure:
• parts meet exact specifications
• processes are stable and repeatable
• deviations are detected and corrected immediately 

You don’t just machine parts. You manufacture reliability.

Your Mission: 
• Set up and operate CNC machines 
• Manufacture parts according to technical drawings 
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality

• Optimize machining processes
• Reduce scrap and rework
• Ensure repeatability

• Identify improvement opportunities
• Support automation initiatives

YOUR PROFILE:
Education & Experience
• Completed vocational training as CNC machinist, industrial mechanic or similar
• Experience in CNC machining (turning and/or milling) 
• Ability to read technical drawings

Skills
• Confident use of measuring equipment
• Experience with CNC controls (Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc) 
• Understanding of tolerances and surface requirements 
• Structured and precise working style
