About the Role 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer Drafter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to manufacture steel components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications, ensuring high-quality output within required timelines.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical drawing interpretation skills and hands-on CNC programming experience in steel plate processing.

Key Responsibilities 

Program and set up CNC machines in accordance with design drawings and specifications

Inspect CNC machines prior to operation to ensure optimal working condition

Conduct first-off inspections to verify accuracy and required tolerances

Detect and resolve programming errors before batch runs

Reverse engineer and generate DXF files from GA drawings when required

Maintain material library, allocate material unique numbers, and track stock levels

Create and manage program trackers for programmed plates

Perform routine machine maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly)

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Accurately log job times and complete job sheets

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Support team members and perform additional duties as required

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in steel plate processing

Experience with FICEP Steel Projects (PLM) – Required

Strong ability to interpret technical fabrication drawings

Proficiency in FICEP, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong time management and scheduling abilities

Willingness to render overtime when required

Excellent English communication skillsWilling to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM)
