CNC Operators - 2nd & 3rd Shift - $21 - 28

Parallel Employment, in partnership with a Waterford, WI manufacturing client, is seeking skilled CNC Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift. Long-term; temp to hire positions. Room for growth and advancement.

2nd & 3rd shift (training on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks)

$21-28 per hour; based on experience - opportunity for increases during 1st year

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components in accordance with specifications. Your attention to detail and technical aptitude will be essential in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards.

• Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials.
• Responsible for minor machine offsets and tool changes.
• Performs follow-up operations, such as deburring, polishing, grinding, and prepping the part for shipping.
• Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Documents QA inspections.
• Work with necessary contacts to define project lists and priorities.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Requirements:
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• 1+ years prior CNC Machining experience.
• High School Diploma or GED
