CNC Programmer – Manufacturing (Growth to Lead Role)

What You’ll Do:

Program and edit CNC machines for production

Set up jobs and support operators

Read blueprints and ensure quality output

Troubleshoot machining and programming issues

Assist with training and guiding shop employees

What We’re Looking For:

Strong CNC programming experience

Setup and troubleshooting experience

Blueprint and measurement knowledge

Leadership mindset and team-oriented

Pay: $DOE

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Growth:
Opportunity to move into lead/supervisor role after hire.
