CNC Machinist – GibbsCAM (Experienced) | Ham Lake, MN

Pay: $38.00–$42.00/hr. (DOE) • Overtime: Occasional

LSI is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist who can set up jobs with little to no assistance and program using GibbsCAM. You’ll run vertical/horizontal mills and/or lathes and work fairly independently to produce quality parts.

Responsibilities: CNC setup & operation • GibbsCAM programming • tool changes/offsets • first-piece inspection • troubleshoot and adjust • measure to print/tolerance • routine maintenance • assist/mentor as needed.

Qualifications: 3–5+ years CNC machining • GibbsCAM required • strong setup/prove-out skills • blueprint reading • attention to detail.
