What You’ll Do
As a CNC Machinist, you’ll play a key role in bringing technical designs to life by:
Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
Operating multiple CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation.
Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, and changing tools for efficient and accurate machining.
Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data.
Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
Solid mechanical aptitude with a problem‑solver mindset.
Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.
A proactive, self‑driven work style with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
Experience operating multi-axis CNC machining centers is a strong plus.
