CNC Machine Programmer

What You’ll Do:

Program and edit CNC machines for production

Set up jobs and assist operators as needed

Read blueprints and job specifications

Troubleshoot machining or programming issues

Ensure quality and production efficiency

Support and guide shop employees when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Strong CNC programming experience required

Experience with setups and troubleshooting

Ability to read blueprints and precision measurements

Leadership mindset and team-oriented

Manufacturing or machine shop experience
