Job Description
Hospice Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Tapestry Hospice & Palliative Care is family owned and operated — not a big corporation. We have proudly served North Georgia for over 16 years and continue to grow and reach new communities. We operate as a Care Family with one another and with our patients. Our promise to treat everyone like they matter carries into the workplace, where patients are cared for with dignity, compassion, and respect.
We are looking for exceptional people to join our growing family. Do you want to feel appreciated and be part of a dedicated team that strives for compassion, comfort, and peace for patients and their families? Your work family includes doctors, nurses (on‑call nurses, NPs, triage nurses, admission nurses, LPNs), social workers, CNAs, chaplains, and volunteers — just to name a few.
The only thing missing is YOU!
