📍 Location: Mi Casa Care Homes – Tyler (Wichita Area)
🕒 Schedule:
Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Weekends: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate CMA or CNA to support our team during evening peak hours on weekdays and provide full coverage on rotating weekends. This role is perfect for someone looking to supplement income while still getting full shifts on weekends.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support dinner service and evening care routines
Prepare residents for the night shift (toileting, hygiene, comfort)
Administer medications (CMA only, within scope)
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Complete timely and accurate charting in ALIS
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home
Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth shift transitions
Qualifications
Active Kansas CMA or CNA certification
Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
Dependable with strong attendance
Able to work independently during shorter shifts and as part of a team on weekends
