We are hiring for a global top-tier digital asset exchange, serving millions of users across multiple continents. The company operates in a highly competitive, fast-moving market and is known for strong product execution, deep liquidity, and rapid global expansion.

With ambitious growth plans ahead, they are building a world-class marketing leadership team to scale brand influence, user acquisition, and ecosystem partnerships worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead global marketing strategy and execution. This role owns brand positioning, growth strategy, marketing budget allocation, and team leadership across regions.

The ideal candidate has successfully scaled marketing at a top-tier global exchange or large consumer internet platform, with deep experience in international growth and large-scale budget management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and define the global marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business and growth objectives

• Lead brand positioning and global campaigns across key markets (Asia, Europe, Americas, Middle East, etc.)

• Drive user growth, retention, and engagement through integrated marketing (brand, performance, content, community, partnerships)

• Manage and optimize large-scale global marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and measurable outcomes

• Build, mentor, and scale regional and central marketing teams, establishing clear KPIs and governance

• Partner closely with product, BD, compliance, and regional leadership on launches, expansions, and ecosystem initiatives

• Oversee crisis communication, PR strategy, and reputation management in a highly regulated environment

• Represent marketing leadership in executive discussions and strategic planning

Qualifications & Background

• Proven marketing leadership experience from CEX.

• Proven track record in global market expansion and growth at scale

• Experience managing significant marketing budgets across multiple regions

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills

• Deep understanding of Web3, crypto markets, and user behavior is highly preferred
