Are you a detail‑driven CMM Programmer who loves solving problems, improving quality, and making great parts even better? Our custom machine shop in Columbus, Ohio is looking for an experienced Calypso CMM Programmer to join our team on a contract basis—with a hybrid and flexible work schedule.

What You’ll Do

Develop and optimize high‑quality CMM programs using ZEISS Calypso software

Proof CMM programs and make necessary adjustments

Interpret and analyze CMM reports, measurement results, and part specifications

Support troubleshooting and validation activities to achieve FA qualifications quickly and efficiently

Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to make and measure parts correctly the first time

Provide insights and recommendations to improve accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency

What You Bring

3+ years of hands‑on Calypso programming experience (required)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

Understanding of dimensional metrology principles and applications

Competitive programming times

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

Familiarity with machining, especially 4- and 5-axis milling (preferred, not required)
