TEAM MANAGER – SALES
ROLE PURPOSE
As a Team Manager, you are fully accountable for your team’s performance, culture, and revenue results.
You lead from the front, set the benchmark, and drive consistent execution across your team. Your focus is on performance delivery, coaching, accountability, and growth. You don’t manage from behind a desk — you build high-performing teams through presence, action, and leadership.
People don’t follow instructions.

You set the standard.
You will develop talent, optimize daily performance, and ensure your team consistently meets and exceeds targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly team sales performance
Lead by example on the floor through active coaching and engagement
Train, coach, and develop agents using live support, call reviews, and structured feedback
Drive accountability through clear KPIs, scorecards, and performance expectations
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans quickly
Motivate and manage high performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Ensure operational excellence and disciplined execution of company processes
Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
WE ARE LOOKING FOR LEADERS WHO:
Have 2–3+ years’ experience in high-volume sales, contact centre, or upsell environments
Are results-driven and take full ownership of performance
Communicate with clarity, confidence, and influence
Coach with intent and hold people accountable while remaining professional

Are resilient, competitive, and goal-orientated
Bring energy, structure, and consistency every day
