As a Sales Team Leader, you are accountable for results.
You will lead from the front, set the standard, and drive consistent performance across your team. Your focus is execution, coaching, accountability, and revenue growth. You don’t manage from a desk — you build winning teams through action.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own team performance and daily sales output
Coach, train, and develop agents through live floor support and structured feedback
Drive accountability through clear expectations and performance metrics
Identify performance gaps and execute improvement plans fast
Motivate high performance in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Maintain operational excellence and disciplined execution
Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
WE ARE LOOKING FOR LEADERS WHO:
Have 2–3+ years’ experience in high-volume sales or upsell environments
