Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage leisure sales strategies for the UK and German markets
• Maintain and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agents, and key partners
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Participate in sales calls, trade shows, workshops, and market visits
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular performance reports

• Minimum 2 years of experience dealing with the UK and/or German leisure markets
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leisure sales (hospitality/travel industry preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Market knowledge and established trade contacts are a plus
• Ability to join immediately or on short notice
