A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reservation Agent to be part of a Cluster of 4 properties in Luxembourg, including 2 Novotel, 1 Novotel Suites and 1 Mama Shelter for a total of 665 keys

What Will You Be Doing
• Assist in processing individual and group reservations by email and telephone for a cluster of four midscale hotels
• Support the reservations team with data entry and updates in systems such as Opera and ResaWeb
• Answer guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner (room availability, basic bookings, directions, special requests)
• Help ensure reservation details are correctly communicated to Front Office and hotel teams
• Collaborate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management to understand hotel operations and strategies
• Learn how reservations contribute to revenue optimization and guest satisfaction
• Share observations and guest feedback with the team to support continuous service improvement
 
What You Will Gain

• A strong understanding of how reservations support hotel performance and guest experience
• Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management
• First exposure to hotel operations through studies, internships, or part-time experience is a plus
• Comfortable communicating by phone and email; friendly, polite, and customer-oriented
• Team player who enjoys working in a multicultural environment
• Eager to learn and motivated by guest satisfaction and operational support
• English and French – professional or advanced level (German is a plus)
• Interest in hotel systems; knowledge of PMS or reservation tools (Opera, ResaWeb, Delphi) is an advantage but not required as training will be provided
• Visa requirements: The applicant must be legally eligible to work in Luxembourg. The hotel is unable to assist applicants in obtaining this European work permit.
