* Lead and manage hygiene standards across both resorts, covering kitchens, F&B outlets, back-of-house areas, staff facilities, and guest areas

* Ensure compliance with brand hygiene standards, HACCP, local health regulations, and audit requirements

* Conduct regular hygiene inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits with clear follow-up actions

* Support and coach F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Engineering teams on hygiene best practices

* Drive food safety programs including temperature control, storage, pest control, and waste management

* Prepare for and support external audits, certifications, and brand quality assessments

* Maintain accurate documentation, reports, corrective action plans, and training records

* Deliver regular hygiene and food safety training for team members and leaders

* Act as the subject matter expert for hygiene-related incidents, investigations, and preventive actions

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar hygiene or food safety role within luxury hospitality

* Previous cluster or multi-property experience is a strong advantage

* Strong working knowledge of HACCP, food safety systems, and hygiene audits

* Certified in Food Safety / Hygiene Management (international certification preferred)

* Confident communicator with strong coaching and influencing skills

* Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in island resort environments

* Able to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership teams
