We are seeking a talented and innovative Cluster Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing high-quality, brand-aligned visual assets across multiple properties within our organization.

• Create compelling visual content for print, digital, and social media platforms that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce a wide range of materials, including promotional items, operational materials, and guest experience assets
• Manage and organize creative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
• Maintain and improve cluster-wide image and media libraries, including photography, video, and digital assets
• Support regional events, campaigns, and on-property creative initiatives
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all cluster properties
• Assist in the creation of email campaigns, web banners, and other digital marketing materials
• Conduct quality checks on all materials and maintain a reference archive
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies
• Participate in client familiarization trips, events, and activations as needed
• Apply cost-effective solutions while maintaining luxury brand quality

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in creating print, digital, and social media materials, preferably in the hospitality or luxury goods sector
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Working knowledge of HTML/Dreamweaver and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong photography and videography skills
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• In-depth understanding of brand positioning and marketing strategies in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• A creative and innovative approach to design challenges
• Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and standards
