This is a cluster leadership role overseeing food and beverage operations across two 5 stars properties, Driving innovation, brand differentiation, and market positioning to establish the cluster as a leading F&B destination in the region.
• Drive overall F&B revenue growth, profitability, and GOP contribution across both properties
• Define and execute the cluster F&B strategy aligned with brand positioning and market trends
• Lead the development of innovative F&B concepts, experiences, and seasonal activations to position the hotels as dining destinations
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to design and execute impactful campaigns, promotions, and brand-driven storytelling across all outlets
• Strengthen the digital presence and visibility of F&B venues (social media, partnerships, online reputation) to attract both in-house and external guests
• Optimize commercial performance through pricing strategies, menu engineering, and outlet positioning
• Identify new revenue streams and partnership opportunities (events, collaborations, pop-ups, influencers, destination dining)
• Lead cost optimization initiatives (food cost, beverage cost, labor) while maintaining quality standards
• Enhance guest satisfaction scores and online reputation (LQA, TrustYou, Guest Voice)
• Strengthen cross-property synergies and operational efficiencies within the cluster
• Develop leadership capability, succession planning, and talent pipelines within F&B teams
• Ensure full compliance with brand standards, audit requirements, and local regulations
• Previous Food & Beverage experience in a senior leadership role required
• Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in managing high volume F&B operations in a hospitality gained from working in global key cities
• Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
• Bachelor degree in a related discipline
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
