• Provide warm, efficient check-ins and check-outs with a personal touch.
• Accurately update guest details and preferences for future stays.
• Maintain precise control of guest and hotel accounts.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to meet guest needs.
• Handle calls professionally, offering quick and helpful responses.
• Promote hotel facilities through confident upselling and product knowledge.
• Complete daily checklists and report follow-ups to the leadership team.
• Stay informed of daily updates, VIP arrivals, and special requests.

• Possess a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in everything you do.
• Bring proven experience in a similar Front Office or guest service role.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a natural flair for connection.
• Skilled in the Opera Front Office system, from reservations to check-in, cashiering, and beyond.
• Impeccably presented, embodying the elegance and sophistication of the Sofitel brand.
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
