Cloud‑Umgebungen bereitstellen & betreiben:

• Mitarbeit in Projekt‑ und Betriebsteams beim Aufbau, Deployment, Monitoring und der Wartung unserer cloudbasierten LM‑Produkte

Kunden begleiten & technische Anforderungen umsetzen:

• Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Mitarbeit bei der technischen Umsetzung stabiler, effizienter Cloud‑Workflows

Fehleranalyse & kontinuierlicher Betrieb:

• Unterstützung im Support, Analyse und Behebung technischer Probleme sowie Begleitung der laufenden Pflege unserer Produkte und Services
