The Role:
We are looking for a Cloud & Systems Administrator to join our IT & Cybersecurity Department.
In this role, you will manage and improve our on‑premises infrastructure while supporting our transition to public cloud platforms and adopting modern practices like automation, monitoring, and infrastructure‑as‑code.
The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on systems administration experience, interest in cloud and DevOps, and an understanding of compliance requirements in regulated environments. You will work with IT, Cybersecurity, and Risk teams to maintain secure, resilient, and well‑governed systems and contribute to our cloud strategy. You will also own and enhance our Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) processes.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure, including on‑premises systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and emerging public cloud environments.
Support the organization’s cloud adoption, contributing to architecture planning, migration activities, and operational readiness.
Implement automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM, and help develop CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment reliability and consistency.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize server, network, and cloud performance using Azure-native monitoring and centralized logging tools.
Maintain and regularly test Backup, Business Continuity (BCP), and Disaster Recovery (DR) procedures across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Ensure governance and audit readiness, maintaining documentation and working closely with Risk, Security, and Compliance teams to meet ICT requirements including GDPR, DORA, and ISO 27001.
Provide Tier 2/3 support, including incident resolution and user lifecycle tasks such as onboarding and offboarding.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in systems and cloud administration within an ICT or regulated environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux systems.
Solid understanding of ICT governance, compliance frameworks, and audit documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Fluency in English (professional working proficiency) is required.
Fluency in Hebrew is a plus.
