Je belangrijkste werktaken: :
•
Onze klanten helpen om gebruik te maken van onze bestaande Cloud oplossingen in de samenstel- en auditmodules.

•
Taken oplossen rond het gebruik van de software, van onze Cloud producten en hybride oplossing.

•
Ervoor zorgen dat onze klanten het maximale uit ons productportfolio halen bij het implementeren van Cloud oplossingen.

•
Onze kennisartikelen en FAQ's in ons servicesysteem onderhouden

•
Samen met je collega's ervoor zorgen dat klanten de best mogelijke ervaring hebben met Caseware. Taken worden verwerkt via ons support ticketsysteem, e-mail of telefoon. De omvang van de taken verschilt per klant en er zullen weinig dagen hetzelfde zijn.

We verwachten: :

HBO werk- en denkniveau.

•
Je wilt helpen om de gebruikerservaring nog beter te maken en je zet een geweldige service op de eerste plaats.

•
Je kunt zelfstandig werken maar je vindt het ook geweldig om een teamspeler te zijn.

•
Het is een pré dat je een financiële opleiding hebt gevolgd waarbij je boekhoudkundige kennis hebt opgedaan.

•
Je bent kwaliteitsbewust en oplossingsgericht, je bent technisch onderlegd en je hebt gevoel voor IT.

•
Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf continu verder te ontwikkelen.
