The Cloud Support Operations Engineer II plays a critical role in ensuring the security, stability, and optimal performance of the company's Cloud Environments. This position focuses on maintaining, upgrading, and automating cloud infrastructure to support robust and scalable operations, directly impacting platform reliability and developer efficiency.
Requirements:
Responsibilities
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT customer service or in a customer-facing support capacity.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure.
• At least 1 year of experience in troubleshooting, utilizing, or administering the MicroStrategy Platform.
• Proven expertise with automation tools and scripting languages including Python, Ansible, Jenkins, and PowerShell.
• Experience in managing and supporting operating systems such as RedHat, Amazon Linux, and Windows.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to provide customer support during the hours of 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST.
• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with demonstrated ability to mentor on technical subjects.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Pune office five days a week.
Qualifications
• Between 2 and 5 years of experience in creating high-quality content, preferably with some background in mental health, wellness, or related fields.
• A strong writer who can effortlessly switch between storytelling, analytical commentary, and product-focused content.
• Approaches content creation as a craft, paying close attention to the quality of every caption, visual element, and subject line.
• Comfortable managing external collaborators including designers, editors, and freelancers while keeping projects on schedule.
• Curious about AI tools and new technologies, and enjoys experimenting with them.
• Holds strong views on responsible mental health communication and shows deep respect for the topic.
• Adaptable to ambiguity and ownership, with the ability to lead the entire content function.
