Cloud Solution Architect & Developer

CGS provides a broad range of ICT Services focusing on: Cloud, Data Centre operations, Networking, Cybersecurity, BI and Data Warehouse, Big Data, Service Desk, Proactive Monitoring, Operations and Support, Service Management, Project and Programme Management, and Professional Services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cloud solutions that meet business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Assess existing systems and identify areas for migration to cloud-based solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for cloud solution development.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality across the development lifecycle.
• Create documentation for cloud architectures, designs, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to enhance expertise and solutions.
• Provision of expert advice: Enterprise solution patterns and best practices in custom components development, cloud components development, build and deployment.
• Analysis, design and development of solution components.
• Analysis and development for the Enterprise Application Integration of different information systems
• Participation in technical working groups and meetings with the project team, stakeholders and end-users.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Very good knowledge of English (Level C1)
• Good knowledge of French (Level B2)
• Proven experience in cloud architecture and development, with strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with cloud services design, including but not limited to compute, storage, network, and security.
• Solid programming skills in languages such as .Net, YAML, HTML, Javascript.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools for efficient development and deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in IT of which:
• >10 years working on enterprise applications solutions development or enterprise application integration solutions with particular focus on the development platform APIs/SDKs.
>10 years working on bespoke software development.
>5 years of experience on cloud development architecture and build/release automation pipelines.
>2 years of experience in the development of process/workflow engines and process driven enterprise applications
>3 years of experience in the development of highly scalable cloud-based applications addressing thousands of end-users.
