Neurosoft is a leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) that specializes in offering end-to-end premium integrated services in the areas of Cyber Security, Technology Solutions and Field Services. We’re seeking a skilled Senior Cloud Operations Engineer L3 to join our Systems & Cloud Operations Engineering team.
This role is deeply technical, customer facing, and ideal for engineers who enjoy troubleshooting, automation, and modern Microsoft cloud/hybrid environments.

Reporting to: Cloud Operations Services Team Leader

Main Responsibilities:

• Active Directory administration (Users, Groups, OU structure, GPOs, DNS).

• Windows Server systems (2016/2019/2022/2025) and patching.

• Virtualization: HyperV & VMware clusters, VMs, storage, HA.

• Backup & Recovery for physical and virtual infrastructures.

• Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance, app management.

• Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.

• Entra ID: MFA, Conditional Access, identity governance basics.

• Azure IaaS: VM lifecycle, networking basics, monitoring, RBAC.

• Automation: PowerShell, Bicep (or Terraform) for IaC & operational automation.

• Apply security best practices (endpoints, identities, servers).

• Maintain clear documentation and communicate with customers professionally.

• Participate in oncall rotation (~1 week/month, low volume).

What we are looking for:

• 3-5+ years in Systems/Infrastructure roles.

• 2+ years handson with M365 and Intune.

• Strong experience with Active Directory and Windows Server.

• Solid handson exposure to HyperV or VMware in production.

• PowerShell scripting ability (automation tasks, bulk actions, reporting).

• Experience with Azure (IaaS, monitoring, RBAC).

• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VLANs).

• Understanding of security and least privilege concepts.

• Comfortable working with customers, tickets, and clear communication in English.
• Αvailability to work on a stand by model in rotation with the rest team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with backup platforms.

• Azure certifications (AZ104, AZ204, AZ305, AZ400).

• Scripting/IaC beyond basics (advanced PowerShell, Bicep modules, pipelines).
