What is the Opportunity?

As a Cloud DevOps Engineer – SaaS Operations at Zafin, you’ll be responsible for deploying and maintaining Zafin’s SaaS stack, including applications hosted on public cloud platforms.You’ll be part of a talented engineering team delivering mission-critical application deployments through automated pipelines.In this dynamic, fast-evolving environment, you’ll be expected to stay current with the latest cloud technologies and drive automation, scalability, and reliability across our infrastructure.

What Will You Do?

•
Build, deploy, and maintain Zafin’s SaaS environment — including infrastructure and application stacks on public cloud.

•
Develop tools, automation, and monitoring systems to optimize infrastructure operations.

•
Define and advocate SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) best practices.

•
Promote performance, security, and automation initiatives.

•
Manage rolling updates and patch maintenance for both infrastructure and applications.

•
Support BAU operations and resolve availability, performance, and scalability issues.

•
Participate in operational response for reliability and performance incidents.

•
Identify and implement operational improvements for greater team efficiency.

•
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to establish release management best practices.

•
Communicate release details and schedules to stakeholders.

•
Act as a subject matter expert for Zafin’s SaaS environment.

•
Provide roster-based support and coordinate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution.

•
Manage communication with stakeholders for change management.

•
Mentor and guide team members with technical expertise.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must Have:

•
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

•
8–12 years of experience in infrastructure deployment and maintenance.

•
Strong hands-on expertise in Azure Cloud and Cloud Computing concepts.

•
Proficiency with Linux administration and maintenance.

•
Experience building automated deployment pipelines (preferably using Azure DevOps).

•
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).

•
Familiarity with application security using Azure services.

•
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.

•
Solid scripting skills (Shell, Perl, Ruby, Python).

•
Working knowledge of JBoss/Wildfly and PostgreSQL.

•
Experience in log management and monitoring.

•
Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills following ITSM standards.

•
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•
Analytical mindset with ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

•
Eagerness to learn new technologies.

Nice to Have:

•
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.

•
Knowledge of banking or financial domains and large enterprise IT environments.

•
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

•
Prior experience with Scrum practices.

•
Proficiency in public cloud infrastructure and network troubleshooting.

•
