Cloud Network Architect (m/f/d)

Nagarro's global SAP business unit is a leading IT full-service provider for critical business applications and complex ERP landscapes in digital transformation. • Design and implement secure network architectures across Azure and GCP cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain Terraform templates and guidelines for our DevOps team to deploy network and security features through our CI/CD pipelines.
• Configure, deploy, and manage CheckPoint security solutions to protect cloud workloads.
• Perform security assessments and implement remediation strategies for cloud infrastructure.
• Establish network connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments for various customers, from classical VPN to advanced ExpressRoute and Interconnect including service provider selection.
• Design and implement secure transit paths between multiple cloud providers - Create and maintain documentation for network topologies and security implementations.
• Participate in PoC, presales, troubleshooting sessions.
• Work in a team, support colleagues.
• Self learning, stay up to date with the latest update from the cloud providers.

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and security.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms.
• Good knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with CheckPoint security products and implementations.
• Proficiency in network protocols such as BGP and IPSEC.
• Demonstrated experience designing secure network architectures - Understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Business-fluent in both German and English.

Desirable qualifications:
• Certifications: Azure Security Engineer, GCP Cloud Security Engineer, CheckPoint CCSA/CCSE, Terraform Associate.
• Scripting skills: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Experience with SIEM tools, micro-segmentation, and zero-trust architectures.
