About the team:

We have various distributed teams working on our client’s projects, internal tools, or in-house products. Our usual team size is up to 10 people, but we also have projects with multiple teams, some with well over 40 engineers.

Our teams consist of industry experts, product owners, designers, and software engineers focused on frontend, backend, or both. This is a great opportunity to get next-level experience in a mature cloud native team on a challenging business-relevant project.

About role:

We are looking for a Medior Full Stack Engineer that would like to join one of our scrum teams, using technologies like SpringBoot, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, React, Redux, and reusable web components. You will actively shape the platform using the latest and greatest tools available.

Requirements:
Requirements

• Have 5 to 8 years of experience as a software engineer or relevant education in Computer Science.
• Have a good understanding of SpringBoot, Kotlin and RESTful APIs.
• Understand database design principles and be familiar with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Have solid hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Redux.
• Be comfortable collaborating closely with UI/UX designers.
• Writing tests comes as a regular part of the work (unit, component, e2e).
• Have first/some experience with micro frontends.
• Actively use linters and write clean code readable to both developers and machines.
• Be a solution-oriented person with a structured working mode.
• Be fluent in English.

It would be great if you:

• Have a strong interest in modern technologies and tools.
• Have some experience in utilizing a design system in your projects.
• Know what UI5 web components are.
• Know what module federation is and you used it in a project.
• Understand CI/CD processes.

Tasks:

Executing software development based on the reviewed design and conducting thorough developer tests to uphold code quality.

Performing testing on newly developed software during the internal test phase (functional integration test), promptly addressing any identified issues.

Taking responsibility for resolving issues in the software discovered during internal & external tests to ensure a smooth deployment process.

Analyzing and resolving complex issues in both existing and new code, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Demonstrating excellent development, quality, and delivery skills within the project team, actively contributing to short development and release cycles.

Collaborating effectively with geographically distributed teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination for successful project outcomes.

Implementing and adhering to agile software engineering methods, actively participating in the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, quality assurance and documentation.
