Cloud IT Consultant, Cloud AWS Services
Full Time / Permanent
Remote - Canada West (PST, MST time zones)

Ready to take cloud deployments to the next level? Join our fast-growing team as an AWS Cloud IT Consultant, where you’ll design, deploy, and optimize AWS environments for SAP Business One and SAGE clients.

You’ll work hands-on with Linux and Windows servers, manage web and application services, and support client go-lives—even after hours. Your expertise will help shape scalable, secure cloud systems that drive real business results.

What You’ll Do:

Deploy AWS environments for SAP & SAGE clients.

Configure and support web and application services (IIS, Apache, Nginx) and file/print services.

Lead go-live migrations, including after-hour cutovers.

Document build processes, adhere to policies, develop and maintain procedural documentation, and support continuous improvement.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful builds and deployments.

Monitor system and database backups to ensure processes are running as expected.

Complete environmental restorations and server maintenance.

Respond to security events and resolve issues.

Identify potential issues and drive proactive solutions.

Experience Required for the Role:

5+ years’ AWS or other cloud deployment.

Strong Linux skills (SUSE preferred) and solid Windows/AD/Networking knowledge (VPN, Firewalls, AWS Security groups).

Deployment of Windows Servers (MS SQL, RDP, DC, GTW, WEB, etc.).

Familiarity with SAP HANA and ERP system administration (SAP Business One preferred).

Experience with server administration, security protocols, and CloudFormation.

AWS certification is a plus.

Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet is an asset.

Self-motivated, independent thinker with excellent written and verbal communication.

Experience in customer support environments
