Title: Cloud ERP Delivery - Project Support Analyst

Location: Herndon, VA
Duration: 1+ year contract

Job Description

· Work closely with the Program Management & Reporting Lead to provide support in the tracking and management of work orders, creation and update of process documentation, and management, tracking, communication of various documents, metrics, etc.

· Work closely with the Pre-provisioning Lead to provide support in the creation of buildsheets from work orders and specification standards. (On the job training will be provided)

· Provide support to ad-hoc and as defined project management related tasks and activities as necessary.

Requirements:
Role Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or IT

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

• Significant attention to detail

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to learn quickly.

• Ability to work well with others
