Job Description

Job Summary:

The Professional will be responsible for owning and executing HighRadius Cloud product implementations for
Fortune 2000 clients. The Consultant is responsible for delivering the project with good quality, high value and
great customer satisfaction within the project timelines. This job profile will offer an individual high visibility with
regular client interaction as he/she will be the main Point of Contact during Build, Testing and Hypercare phases
of Highradius Product Implementation. The candidate must be well organized, detail oriented and possess
excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage database backup and recovery operations to ensure data integrity and availability.

• Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of SQL Server instances.

• Set up and maintain data replication and high-availability solutions.

• Apply patching and carry out performance tuning of SQL databases.

• Conduct query optimization and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks (T-SQL).

• Handle day-to-day DBA operations, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Operating System: Preferably Linux (Windows acceptable).

• Database: MSSQL Server (2022)

• Scripting: T-SQL

• Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS or Azure preferred; multi-cloud experience is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to DevOps practices or tools.

• Experience with LinkQ (good-to-have, not mandatory)
