Job Description

SMX is seeking a Cloud Engineer/Administrator to support our customer onsite at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in southern Maryland.

The Cloud Engineer/Administrator will be responsible for daily operations including the following:

• Cloud engineering and support

• On-premise and application support

• Security compliance

• Other duties as assigned in support of SMX' customer

Required Skills & Experience

• Clearance Required: Top Secret

• Interim TS required to start

• Security+ or another comparable certification for compliance with DoD 8140

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Design, deploy, and support secure cloud infrastructure, systems and applications

• Operating system support experience

• Experience providing application support

• Experience with vulnerability scanning and management

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with ServiceNow

• Bachelor's degree in technical field

• ACAS experience

The SMX salary determination process takes into account a number of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills, education and certifications. The proposed salary for this position is:
$87,700—$146,100 USD
