Cloud DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Engineer.

The candidate will have the following duties/responsibilities:

- Implement cloud infrastructure monitoring strategies for applications and services;

- Resolve problems and incidents in the cloud infrastructure and respective applications and services;

- Optimise the performance of the cloud infrastructure for applications and services;

- Design and implement resilient backup systems;

- Develop disaster recovery solutions;

- Apply site reliability engineering principles (SRE);

- Help build and operationalize CI/CD pipelines.

The candidate should have:

- Knowledge in:

   - Cloud services such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform;

   - Linux operating systems;

   - Scripting languages;

   - Networks and protocols;

   - Configuration management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef or Terraform (preferred);

   - Container technologies and management such as Docker, Kubernetes (preferred);

   - CI/CD automation technologies such as Jenkins, Gitlab (preferred);

- Good communication and teamwork skills;

- Enjoys learning independently and solving problems;

- Excellent communication, writing and oral skills in Portuguese and English (Mandatory);

- Strong sense of ethics, integrity and responsibility.
