The Cloud/DevOps Engineer delivers platform capabilities and automation that speed up development while improving reliability and security. You’ll own GitHub Actions workflows, Helm/Kubernetes deployments, and cloud primitives in Azure or AWS, partnering with app engineers to design scalable, observable, and cost-effective environments.

Skills Required:
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; implement reusable workflows and environment strategies.
• Author and manage Helm charts; define Kubernetes manifests and deployment patterns for microservices.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and maintain environment consistency across Azure or AWS.
• Configure ingress/egress, gateways/ALBs,DNS, routing, and SSL/TLS; ensure secure networking topologies.
• Implement observability (logs, metrics, traces), secrets management, and runtime policy controls.
• Optimize container images, build caching, rollouts/rollbacks, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and environment consistency across Azure or AWS.
• Partner with engineers on API reliability, scalability, and performance; support load and resilience testing.
• Contribute to SRE practices: incident response, on-call runbooks, error budgets, and SLIs/SL

Education and Experience :
• Minimum Required – Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering.

Skills Required:
• Deep experience with GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Strong Azure or AWS knowledge; security groups, IAM, VNET/VPC, container runtimes.
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, routing, SSL/TLS, proxies, ALBs/Gateways.
• Proficiency with Python and/or scripting for platform automation.
• Familiarity with REST services and API gateways; understanding of service meshes is a plus.
• Experience with Postgres/Snowflake connectivity, secrets, and performance considerations.
• Solid unit testing and CI quality practices; IaC experience is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-serving patterns (vector search, RAG services) is a plus.
